• Assist clients in researching and planning vacations tailored to their needs, preferences, and budgets.

• Conduct research on destinations, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, and various travel options.

• Prepare and present travel quotes and itinerary suggestions.

• Arrange travel bookings through authorized travel suppliers and booking platforms.

• Maintain communication with clients before, during, and after the booking process.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of client and reservation information.

• Process and oversee payments, deadlines, and final payment schedules.

• Keep up-to-date with supplier promotions, destination information, and travel requirements.

• Engage in available training and professional growth opportunities.

• Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with clients.

• Promote and expand your independent travel business.

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.

• Proficiency in using computers, email, and online platforms is necessary.
