Business Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver proactive and consultative customer service by offering solutions tailored to customers’ purchasing requirements.

• Serve as the liaison between customers and services including mobile plans, internet, and credit cards.

• Respond to inquiries and clarify product advantages.

• Navigate through the sales process until closure.

• Manage calls that are automatically routed by the system after the customer responds.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.

• A proactive attitude with an emphasis on achieving targets and results.

• High school diploma is required.

• Previous experience is not necessary.

• Willingness to work remotely or on-site.

• Convenient access to the Calmon Viana area in Poá, São Paulo.
