This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver ongoing functional assistance to Acumatica clients as part of the Crestwood Support Team.

• Work autonomously to complete implementation tasks while collaborating effectively with the implementation team to fulfill client business needs and expectations.

• Organize and prioritize individual calendars and schedules, coordinating meetings and calls with both clients and Crestwood.

• Act as an Acumatica ERP systems analyst for solution implementations and problem resolution.

• Implement various suites of modules within Acumatica, including Financials, Distribution, Project, Field Service, Construction, and Payroll.

• Conduct comprehensive project implementation from client introductions, kickoff, training, configuration workshops, data migrations, acceptance testing, to go-live preparations and support.

• Maintain weekly project documentation as well as time and expense entries for project management and invoicing.

• Acquire necessary third-party certifications as required.

• Achieve certification and expertise in assigned software systems and required publisher certifications.

• Keep Crestwood team members informed about software capabilities and features that are in pre-release.

• Continuously enhance professional skills through reading, seminars, and training sessions.

• Engage in team meetings and lunch-and-learn sessions by sharing insights on product releases, features, tips, support and bug fixes, and implementation walkthroughs.
