Senior Solution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Communicate the value of the Kinaxis solution throughout the customer journey and act as a subject matter expert in product and supply chain.

• Facilitate customer workshops to gather and document the requirements for supply chain software.

• Establish objectives and targets for software implementations of varying levels of complexity.

• Design systems architecture and data flow to meet customer business needs, incorporating both standard and unique software functionalities and extensions.

• Identify risks associated with deployment and formulate mitigation strategies.

• Mentor and assign configuration responsibilities to project team members.

• Address complex configurations related to data and analytics.

• Supervise solution validation, testing, data management, and data integration efforts.

• Offer functional leadership and strategic recommendations during critical deployment issues and intricate supply chain challenges.

• Guide and support solution consultants throughout the implementation process.

• Shape the product roadmap and develop solutions for customer and industry requirements by influencing internal functions.

• Engage in service sales opportunities and demonstrate the benefits of Maestro implementation and methodology.

• Deliver complex information succinctly to business stakeholders, including executives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 8 years of extensive experience in software implementation consulting within the supply chain planning or execution domain, or relevant business experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, or manufacturing.

• At least 3 years of direct experience as a solution architect or lead functional consultant for enterprise-level supply chain transformation initiatives.

• Exceptional facilitation skills with the capability to manage interactions with customers and stakeholders effectively.

• Demonstrated initiative, ability to learn independently, and thrive in a dynamic, matrixed work environment.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

• Proven leadership, interpersonal, coaching, and mentoring skills within a dedicated, matrixed team environment.

• Subject matter expertise in supply chain concepts and industry best practices.

• Extensive experience with supply chain solutions and applications such as Maestro, SAP, Oracle, or Blue Yonder.

• Experience in developing complex blueprints of business processes and translating them into technical requirements during software implementations.

• Technical leadership experience in data integration, data management, system configuration, and deployment for supply chain software implementations.

• Proficiency in SQL, R, and/or JavaScript.

• Willingness to travel an average of 75% and 100% on occasion.

• Ability to work effectively from remote locations, including client sites.
