This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Assist clients in researching and planning vacations tailored to their needs, preferences, and budgets.

• Research various destinations, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, and additional travel options.

• Prepare and present travel quotes along with itinerary options.

• Book travel arrangements through approved travel suppliers and booking platforms.

• Maintain communication with clients before, during, and after the booking process.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of client and reservation information.

• Process and monitor payments, deadlines, and final payment dates.

• Stay updated on supplier promotions, destination information, and travel requirements.

• Engage in available training and professional development opportunities.

• Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients.

• Market and expand your independent travel business.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

• Proficient in using computers, email, and online platforms.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Capable of working independently and managing time efficiently.

• Willingness to complete training and pursue ongoing learning in the travel industry.

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or travel is beneficial but not mandatory.

• No prior experience in the travel industry is required.
