• Assist clients in researching and planning vacations tailored to their preferences, needs, and budget.

• Conduct research on destinations, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, and various travel options.

• Prepare and present travel quotes and itinerary alternatives.

• Arrange travel bookings through approved travel suppliers and reservation platforms.

• Maintain communication with clients throughout the booking process, before, during, and after.

• Ensure accurate documentation of client and reservation details.

• Handle and track payments, deadlines, and final payment schedules.

• Keep updated on supplier promotions, destination information, and travel regulations.

• Engage in available training sessions and professional development opportunities.

• Foster and sustain positive relationships with clients.

• Promote and expand your independent travel business.

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Proficient in using computers, email, and online platforms.

• Well-organized with a keen eye for detail.

• Capable of working autonomously and managing time efficiently.

• Open to completing training and continually learning about the travel sector.

• Experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or travel is beneficial but not mandatory.

• No prior experience in the travel industry is required.
