Travel Consultant

📋 Description

• Search for and verify travel bookings for clients.

• Comprehend client travel policies and deliver consistent guidance.

• Address inquiries related to DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other essential regulations.

• Share industry insights including low fares, exchange fees, and penalties.

• Evaluate operational processes and commercial partnerships, providing suggestions for enhancements.

• Keep, share, and broaden knowledge of supported travel sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a travel agent.

• Proficiency in GDS Sabre.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.

• Comprehensive understanding of the travel industry, including its policies, procedures, and processes.

• Availability to work during the day, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.

• Must reside in the United States or Costa Rica.
