Transportation Coordinator – Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Train, orient, and schedule drivers effectively

• Handle transportation inquiries and phone calls

• Attend required meetings as necessary

• Complete all necessary reports related to the Transportation Department

• Demonstrate appropriate driving skills to fellow drivers

• Respond promptly to emergency situations

• Identify the most efficient routes to designated locations

• Ensure driver availability when required

• Engage in training and development opportunities to improve job knowledge and skills

• Carry out additional duties as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a valid driver’s license

• Basic knowledge of auto repairs

• Understanding of CARF standards

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• Previous experience is preferred, but not mandatory

• Capability to determine efficient routes to various locations

• Ability to maintain a safe driving record

• Aptitude to respond effectively to emergency situations

• Capability to work independently

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when necessary

• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in effective communication and interaction with individuals from diverse backgrounds

• Skills in problem-solving and information analysis

• Ability to manage crisis situations and respond appropriately

• Capacity to make objective and ethical decisions

• Ability to foster a team environment and drive continuous improvement initiatives
