Translation Validator – Bengali

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Examine English source documents in conjunction with two machine-generated translations in Bengali.

• Assess both translations for accuracy, fluency, and overall quality.

• Choose the preferred translation and provide a detailed written rationale.

• Complete assigned samples independently while adhering to set timelines.

• Strictly follow project and client guidelines.

• Conduct A/B preference testing to evaluate and enhance AI-generated content.

• Serve as one of three independent validators during a blind review process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Bengali, both written and spoken.

• Excellent written communication skills in Bengali.

• Strong command of English.

• Capacity to work autonomously with a keen eye for detail and consistency.

• Background in linguistics, translation, or language quality evaluation is preferred.

• Familiarity with Romanized script conventions for Bengali is advantageous.

• Availability for a commitment of 2 weeks.
