This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Review and edit customer service content that has been machine-translated, ensuring a high degree of accuracy and consistency.

• Assess the quality of machine translation outputs and assign severity ratings as necessary, adhering to project standards.

• Create high-quality human translations to serve as reference data for model training and quality assessment.

• Adhere to established style guides, tonal guidelines, and terminology specifications.

• Detect and report recurring quality issues in machine translation and trends at the batch level.

• Native-level fluency in Catalan and proficient English language skills.

• Background in translation, localization, or post-editing of machine translation.

• Understanding of machine translation quality assessment and error identification techniques.

• Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
