This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Review and edit customer service content that has been machine-translated to ensure high levels of accuracy and consistency.

• Assess the quality of machine translation outputs and assign severity ratings as necessary, adhering to project guidelines.

• Create high-quality human translations to serve as reference data for training models and evaluating quality.

• Adhere to provided style guides, tone regulations, and terminology specifications.

• Detect and report recurring issues with machine translation quality and trends at the batch level.

• Native-level proficiency in the Basque language along with strong skills in English.

• Background in translation, localization, or post-editing of machine translations.

• Understanding of machine translation quality assessment and error detection.

• Exceptional attention to detail coupled with a commitment to quality.
