Transition Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Provides support for Transition Management in large and more complex deals.

• Assists in the execution of activities and projects throughout deal onboarding, solution handover/validation, and financial structuring.

• Collaborates with bid and account management to assess project proposals, contracts, and other related documents.

• Establishes transition goals, timelines, funding constraints, and procedures for project execution, staffing, and resource distribution.

• Creates and executes communication plans that encompass the entire transition cycle and the initial steady-state period.

• Confirms staffing levels, sources, and necessary skills in line with contractual, financial, and solution requirements.

• Validates non-personnel resources and collaborates with Procurement to ensure appropriate plans are in place.

• Validates assumptions regarding the solution, including its components and pricing/costing.

• Ensures the creation of gap analyses and strategies for risk mitigation.

• Guarantees that project accounting structures and budgets are properly established.

• Ensures that client billing processes and procedures are set up effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree and 8+ years of relevant experience OR a suitable combination of education and experience.

• A Master’s degree is preferred.
