Transition Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provides support for Transition Management in large, complex deals.

• Aids in the execution of activities and projects related to deal onboarding, solution handover/validation, and financial structuring.

• Collaborates with bid and account management teams to assess project proposals, contracts, and other related documents.

• Establishes transition objectives, timelines, funding constraints, and procedures for project execution, staffing, and resource allocation.

• Creates and executes communication plans that cover the transition cycle and the initial steady state period.

• Confirms staffing levels, sources, and skills against contractual, financial, and solution requirements.

• Validates non-human resources and collaborates with Procurement to ensure proper plans are established.

• Checks assumptions regarding solution components, pricing, and costs.

• Ensures the development of gap analyses and strategies for risk mitigation.

• Guarantees that project accounting structures and budgets are set up.

• Ensures that client billing processes and procedures are properly established.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A Master’s degree is preferred.
