This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +31 more states.
β’ Evaluate the eligibility of applicants for admission.
β’ Assess prior learning experiences, including transfer credits, course waivers, alternative credits, military training, and nontraditional educational paths.
β’ Implement university policies, accreditation standards, academic requirements, and transfer credit protocols to make decisions regarding admission and credit awards.
β’ Examine applicant records to establish eligibility for admission.
β’ Analyze academic transcripts and defined equivalencies to authorize transfer credits.
β’ Manage admissions processes, maintain records, and digitize documents within CRM and student information systems.
β’ Complete evaluations for admission and transfer credits within specified service-level timelines.
β’ Ensure the accuracy and integrity of student academic records.
β’ Work collaboratively with internal teams to address inquiries related to admissions, transfer credits, and academic records.
β’ Communicate evaluation results to students in a clear and timely manner.
β’ Assist in organizing commencement ceremonies and reception events.
β’ Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
β’ Report to the Enrollment Support Services Team Lead.
β’ A minimum of one year of experience in transfer credit evaluation and prior learning assessment within higher education, or equivalent administrative background.
β’ A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
β’ Familiarity with university admission criteria, accreditation standards, institutional policies, transfer credit guidelines, and prior learning criteria.
β’ Capability to review academic records and assess both standard and non-standard transfer scenarios.
β’ Strong critical thinking, analytical judgment, and meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Ability to accurately complete transfer credit assessments within 24 to 48 hours upon receipt of materials.
β’ Proficiency in using CRM and student information systems (SIS).
β’ Maintain an error rate of less than 2% in processing and entering transfer credit evaluations.
