Transactional Finance Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Wind Services Commercial Leader to formulate and implement the growth strategy for the TX portfolio across various regions.

• Propel operational process enhancements to guarantee exceptional execution and customer satisfaction.

• Assist the accounting operations team in the financial oversight of the TX portfolio.

• Enhance the precision and promptness of financial project assessments to facilitate operational billing entitlements and ensure seamless project completions and closures.

• Oversee financial planning and estimation activities for TX.

• Foster problem-solving initiatives alongside commercial and operations teams.

• Supervise a direct report while promoting ongoing learning and development.

• Emphasize skills enhancement, cross-training, and automation initiatives.

• Champion operational excellence, strategic expansion, and financial processes for GE Vernova’s approximately $2B Wind Services division.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in finance.

• Previous experience in a leadership role.

• Excellent oral and written communication capabilities.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities.

• Proven ability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.

• Demonstrated experience in leading programs and projects.

• Solid project management skills.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Successful completion of a drug screening, if applicable.
