Transaction Associate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily transaction management for a portfolio of properties on behalf of national and/or global corporate services clients.

• Assist in executing portfolio strategies that align with client real estate objectives and goals.

• Work collaboratively with brokerage professionals during negotiations for leases, sales, subleases, and purchase transactions.

• Manage essential documentation and maintain communication with clients.

• Analyze and interpret financial information.

• Supervise revenue tracking and uphold transaction activity databases.

• Ensure the precision of transaction reports and financial information.

• Present transaction updates to clients and lead or facilitate client meetings.

• Enhance transaction processes and technical workflows.

• Support the onboarding of new team members and potentially oversee transactional team members.

• Create and implement standardized procedures and playbooks.

• Coordinate broker selection, negotiation processes, legal reviews, client site visits, and market tours.

• Address landlord/tenant disputes and ensure compliance with state real estate regulations.

• Provide assistance with client rebate account management.

• Contribute to strategic real estate planning, business case formulation, and the execution of action plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is required in any field; finance or real estate is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate with a focus on transaction management or corporate real estate.

• Strong client service capabilities.

• Proficiency in oral and written communication.

• Skills in financial analysis.

• Negotiation expertise.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• A collaborative team approach.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficient in coordinating lease, sale, sublease, and purchase transactions.
