Transaction Advisory Services Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support team members in conducting financial due diligence for clients who are acquiring businesses.

• Assist in assessing potential transactions in relation to the client's investment strategy.

• Provide guidance to strategic and private equity buyers/sellers by identifying and evaluating business and financial risks or opportunities.

• Compile, manipulate, and analyze comprehensive financial and operational data.

• Recognize financial and operational trends, assess the quality of earnings, and consider working capital aspects.

• Engage in meetings and site visits with the management of target companies.

• Collaborate with senior management to gather essential financial analysis information.

• Help in creating deal reports and presentations that emphasize key financial and operational insights.

• Manage multiple projects of varying sizes and complexities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

• A minimum of 0–2 years of experience is required, preferably in audit, transaction advisory, or other finance-related positions.

• Strong current understanding of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

• Familiarity with the M&A process and market trends.

• Excellent project management abilities and a highly analytical mindset.

• Capable of working independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Proficient in managing unexpected issues or questions in a professional manner.

• Ability to adjust communication style for all levels of management, clients, and colleagues.

• Willingness to travel as needed to various client locations.

• CPA or CFA certification or progress towards obtaining one (preferred).
