📋 Description

• Develop and enhance a robust training framework for both customers and internal teams.

• Create scalable learning pathways in live, self-paced, and hybrid delivery modes.

• Improve training programs based on feedback, adoption metrics, and new product introductions.

• Design and update playbooks, facilitator guides, and best practice materials.

• Engage in product launches and prepare educational content for new features.

• Conduct virtual and face-to-face training sessions for clinics.

• Assist clinics during go-lives and offer practical workflow guidance.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on product features and workflow training.

• Tailor training approaches to accommodate various roles, learning preferences, and clinic settings.

• Mentor and coach internal teams through train-the-trainer initiatives.

• Collaborate with Onboarding, Account Management, and Customer Success to align training needs and ensure go-live readiness.

• Provide tools and repeatable frameworks to enhance training scalability.

• Work in partnership with Product, Data, and Customer Success teams.

• Contribute insights from training and on-site experiences to refine learning resources, workflows, and overall customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the veterinary industry, preferably within a clinic, hospital group, or veterinary software company.

• Over 3 years of experience in training, onboarding, enablement, or education, ideally in SaaS or healthcare settings.

• Proven track record in designing or enhancing training programs that effectively scale.

• Strong technical skills with the ability to quickly learn, teach, and troubleshoot software workflows.

• Exceptional facilitation and communication abilities.

• Familiarity with learning management systems and utilizing data to assess training effectiveness.

• Comfort with delivering training both virtually and on-site, providing hands-on assistance in high-traffic clinic environments.

• Willingness to travel around 20% of the time for clinic go-lives and in-person training sessions.
