This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide extensive training solutions that guarantee courses meet specified business goals within the designated timeframe.

• Collaborate closely with a Curriculum Designer prior to courses to offer insights on effective material presentation.

• Detect issues in training materials and strive for suitable resolutions.

• Assess training materials, integrate examples as necessary, and prepare for effective facilitation.

• Foster and sustain a constructive and professional learning atmosphere.

• Recognize audience needs and employ diverse learning methodologies and concepts to ensure optimal learning transfer and fluency during live, virtual, and in-person engagements.

• Stay updated on learning theories and techniques and apply them to training delivery.

• Enhance and broaden knowledge of BCD Travel and industry-specific tools, systems, processes, and procedures to support course facilitation.

• Assess the performance of new and existing personnel, identifying further learning opportunities or deficiencies in courses.

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to develop training materials.


⛳️ Requirements

• Background in Learning & Development within another Travel Management Company or experience in a global setting.

• Proficient in Sabre GDS.

• Basic familiarity with the instructional design process (ADDIE) is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience using Excel.

• Proficient in Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Collaborate with various Subject Matter Experts to produce materials.

• Exhibit proficiency in training delivery and consultation.

• Availability to work from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern, Monday through Friday.
