Senior eLearning Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and create sophisticated L3/L4 eLearning experiences utilizing Articulate Storyline 360.

• Develop intricate scenarios, branching interactions, simulations, and tailored learning experiences.

• Convert storyboards into captivating, visually appealing learning solutions with minimal oversight.

• Implement robust UI/UX, visual design, animation, and motion principles.

• Create and troubleshoot custom web-based interactions using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Ensure that learning experiences comply with WCAG accessibility standards and technical specifications.

• Prepare and resolve issues for LMS/SCORM deployment of courses.

• Perform comprehensive visual, functional, and technical quality assurance.

• Tackle complex development challenges independently and discover innovative solutions.

• Collaborate with instructional designers, project managers, and other creative and technical team members as required.

• Investigate and implement emerging AI and automation tools to enhance the eLearning development process.

• Expertise in Articulate 360 / Storyline 360.

• Advanced experience in L3/L4 eLearning development.

• Strong skills in UI/UX and visual design.

• Demonstrated experience in developing scenario-based and branched learning.

• Solid understanding of animation and motion design principles.

• Proficient knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with WCAG and accessible eLearning development.

• Extensive knowledge of SCORM and LMS environments.

• Exceptional visual quality assurance skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to independently interpret storyboards and visualize the final learning experience.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable working autonomously with little supervision.

• Experience in creating custom web-based interactions.
