Training, Onboarding, L&D Evaluator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Review and evaluate AI-generated deliverables, such as documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

• Utilize deep subject-matter knowledge to assess the quality of AI-generated outputs.

• Measure AI-generated materials against specific quality standards relevant to the domain.

• Detect errors related to facts, aesthetics, and presentation.

• Offer clear, organized written feedback.

• Participate in projects aimed at training and improving AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of pertinent professional experience in Training, onboarding, or L&D.

• Native or professional-level proficiency in English.

• High level of competence in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

• Special expertise in Google Slides and PowerPoint.

• Ability to function as an independent contractor is essential.

• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not eligible.
