Training Operations Supervisor, 1st Shift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise departmental operations and train instructors for the Operations team.

• Maintain Kronos time records for team members under direct supervision.

• Attend and evaluate new-hire training sessions, following up with department supervisors regarding customer satisfaction.

• Manage Quality Management System (QMS) training on the floor using the Floor Training Tracker.

• Conduct assessments of training needs in collaboration with department supervisors.

• Review training materials and suggest enhancements.

• Provide training instruction when required.

• Create specialized reports utilizing the Employee Training Database and timekeeping system.

• Organize, implement, and oversee filing and storage systems for training documentation.

• Input paper records into the electronic database to ensure adherence to the Records Retention Matrix.

• Produce and circulate necessary QMS training rosters and sign-off documentation.

• Maintain the structure of the Employee Training Database, including employee roles and corresponding QMS training requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of pertinent work experience.

• Experience with warehouse management or inventory systems.

• Capability to comply with the 7S program.

• Ability to uphold a safe working environment by following and enforcing safety practices.

• Must have a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or passport to meet federal travel regulations.

• Familiarity with TSA security protocols and compliance.

• Willingness to travel domestically by road, rail, or air as required.

• Associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• 2 years of leadership experience with supervisory duties preferred.

• Experience in an ISO environment is preferred.

• Knowledge of the Supply Chain Quality Policy and a commitment to process excellence is preferred.

• Strong organizational and leadership abilities are preferred.

• Capacity to foster and maintain effective collaborative relationships is preferred.

• Ability to frequently lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

• Capability to sit and stand for prolonged periods and work in both office and warehouse settings.

• Ability to safely walk, reach overhead, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
