This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Develop, maintain, and organize standard operating procedures (SOPs), internal documentation, and knowledge resources related to recruiting, payroll, and operations.
β’ Create and update training materials, onboarding guides, and operational playbooks.
β’ Collaborate with leadership to document new procedures, workflow updates, and operational modifications.
β’ Review and enhance documentation for accuracy, usability, and alignment with current practices.
β’ Simplify complex operational workflows into clear, user-friendly training and reference materials.
β’ Assist in the implementation of new initiatives with tools, documentation, and guidance.
β’ Oversee and disseminate operational reports, including performance tracking and internal metrics.
β’ Ensure the accuracy and consistency of reporting data for leadership visibility and informed decision-making.
β’ Coordinate with teams to identify knowledge gaps and enhance training and documentation resources.
β’ Carry out additional duties as assigned.
β’ Excellent writing, documentation, and organizational abilities.
β’ Capability to convert complex processes into clear, actionable materials.
β’ Experience in developing training programs or operational learning content.
β’ High level of attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and consistency.
β’ Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
β’ Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel.
β’ Competence in effectively working in a fast-paced and complex environment while maintaining a sense of urgency.
β’ Skill in building and sustaining productive working relationships with cross-functional colleagues.
β’ Open to any suitable combination of education, training, and experience.
β’ Preferred: Experience in staffing, recruiting operations, or support services.
β’ Preferred: Familiarity with knowledge management systems, internal wikis, or documentation platforms.
β’ Preferred: Exposure to recruiting workflows or candidate submission processes.
