
Training & Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, maintain, and structure SOPs, internal documentation, and knowledge resources across recruitment, payroll, and operations.
• Create and refresh training materials, onboarding manuals, and operational playbooks.
• Collaborate with leadership to document new processes, workflow updates, and operational modifications.
• Review and enhance documentation for precision, usability, and alignment with contemporary practices.
• Convert intricate operational workflows into straightforward, user-friendly training and reference materials.
• Assist in the implementation of new initiatives with tools, documentation, and support.
• Oversee and disseminate operational reports, including performance tracking and internal metrics.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of reporting data for leadership insight and decision-making.
• Work collaboratively across teams to identify knowledge deficiencies and enhance training and documentation resources.
• Collaborate closely with the Recruiting, Payroll, Training, and Operations teams.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Excellent writing, documentation, and organizational abilities.
• Capability to translate complex processes into clear, actionable content.
• Experience in developing training programs or operational learning materials.
• Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and consistency.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and complex setting while maintaining urgency.
• Ability to cultivate and sustain productive working relationships with cross-functional colleagues.
• Any relevant combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
• Preferred: Experience in staffing, recruiting operations, or support services.
• Preferred: Familiarity with knowledge management systems, internal wikis, or documentation platforms.
