This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct live and asynchronous training sessions, overseeing agendas, training invitations, technical troubleshooting, and attendance monitoring.
• Oversee daily operations of WorkRamp, including module configuration and automated engagement prompts.
• Collaborate with Technology and Clinical teams to assess and enhance the EHR and technology setup experience.
• Monitor provider training progress, pinpoint bottlenecks and drop-off points, and handle onboarding communications.
• Manage all logistics related to training, both prior to and following sessions, including prerequisites, documentation, and system access.
• Act as the main point of contact for providers, delivering exemplary customer service.
• Identify provider technical challenges and support strategies to enhance training and program KPIs.
• Recognize workflow inefficiencies and assist in designing and implementing scalable operational solutions.
• Work with Clinical, Credentialing, and IT teams to align training delivery and maintain up-to-date enablement materials.
• Assist in onboarding operations and the continuous Bend integration within the Lyra ecosystem.
• Test solutions in uncertain scenarios and make informed decisions based on incomplete data.
• Keep training materials and data current across Salesforce, WorkRamp, Zendesk, and Google Suite.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in operations, provider relations, customer service, or a related enablement field.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to collaborate across various functions and develop strong relationships.
• Proficiency in Google Suite is essential.
• Experience with Salesforce, WorkRamp (LMS), Zendesk, Gemini, and Electronic Health Records (EHR) is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
• Experience in implementing process enhancements.
• Ability to independently resolve technical issues with a high degree of autonomy.
