Operations Planning Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Allocate and balance academic schedules and facilities

• Oversee facility usage, identifying and resolving conflicts

• Monitor changes to capacity and maintain records within academic systems

• Ensure consistency and review of facility types and classifications

• Track connections between facilities and teaching methods

• Prepare and oversee reports, performance metrics, and dashboards for the department

• Analyze occupancy rates, remaining capacity, student equalization, and unresolved allocation issues

• Adjust physical and digital facilities as needed based on operational demands

• Manage and respond to departmental requests via the Sydle platform

• Support ongoing enhancements in academic facility planning and management processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed or currently pursuing higher education

• Proficient in Excel at an intermediate level

• Experience in preparing and monitoring operational reports

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Familiarity with Power BI is advantageous

• Experience with systems like SysClass, Sydle, SIAF, and others is a plus
