This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Design, develop, and implement compliant learning solutions for a field sales team.
• Act as a representative for Training & Development and Brand Strategy in various training programs and solutions.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Utilize performance coaching, strategy alignment, and training fundamentals to improve participant learning outcomes.
• Make use of existing Learning & Development platforms and content for Franchise/Brand training products.
• Provide honest verbal and written feedback to training participants, including performance enhancement plans.
• Mentor National Field Trainers throughout the organization.
• Tailor coaching and training methods to accommodate individual skill levels.
• Cultivate Guest Trainers and Rotational Trainers through significant class responsibilities and personalized coaching.
• Integrate training activities into the business plans of brand teams.
• Lead cross-functional projects and special initiatives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on products, disease states, and customer/business skills.
• Assist in the onboarding, development, and mentoring of other National Field Trainers.
• Execute tasks with minimal oversight from senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical sector as an Account Executive or District Manager, or 2+ years of experience in sales training.
• Understanding of relevant regulations and standards impacting pharmaceutical products, including CFR 210/211 and cGMP.
• Previous experience in leading projects with regional or national significance.
• Proven high-performance record in sales.
• Strong comprehension of the key factors that contribute to success in a commercial organization.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
