Bilingual Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Deliver captivating and organized training sessions for new customer experience representatives.

• Facilitate online training sessions effectively.

• Clearly explain processes, procedures, systems, and customer service standards.

• Employ diverse teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles.

• Monitor learners' comprehension and pinpoint areas needing improvement.

• Conduct assessments, exercises, role plays, and hands-on activities.

• Offer constructive feedback and coaching during the training process.

• Assist learners who require additional support.

• Prepare new hires for the transition from training to production roles.

• Work collaboratively with Team Leads and other leadership members to ensure learner readiness.

• Maintain training records and communicate updates on learner progress.

• Adjust training content when processes, systems, or requirements undergo changes.

• Foster a positive, professional, and accountable learning atmosphere.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in BPO/contact center training is required.

• Experience in healthcare/medical customer service is vital.

• Previous experience in training customer service/contact center teams is necessary.

• At least one year of remote work experience is essential.

• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong presentation abilities and effective communication skills.

• Confidence in delivering training in a virtual environment.

• Tech-savvy and comfortable with new systems and platforms.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Patient, approachable, and able to coach diverse types of learners.

• Strong team player mentality is necessary.

• Must be comfortable working U.S. business hours.

• Available to start immediately.

• Must have a reliable computer, internet connection, headset, and appropriate remote workspace.

• Comfortable working as an Independent Contractor.

• Windows 11 PC is required; Mac is not supported.

• 16 GB RAM is mandatory.

• Dual monitors are preferred.

• A webcam and wired USB headset are necessary.

• i5 processor or higher is required.

• Fibre internet with a wired Ethernet connection is essential.

• A backup power solution is recommended.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams / Office 365 is necessary.

• Must be a Mexican national currently residing in México.
