This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Offer functional guidance, coaching, and development to Eligibility and Arbitration Trainers.
• Create, develop, and implement employee learning and development initiatives, including e-learning, instructor-led, and virtual training solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess learning requirements, establish objectives, and produce training materials.
• Convert approved workflows into role-specific courses, job aids, assessments, and practice activities.
• Ensure document control, accessibility, version history, and publishing dates for educational resources.
• Organize training sessions, oversee enrollment and completion records, and assist trainers during delivery.
• Gather feedback and performance data to enhance materials in partnership with Quality and lane SMEs.
• Distinguish materials for employees and contractors when instructions or terms vary.
• Manage and support the LMS, including course deployment, testing, reporting, user enrollment, and tracking.
• Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person training, assess training effectiveness, and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop facilitator guides, job aids, workbooks, assessments, and documentation for knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate across the assigned lane and with Quality, Training, Compliance, Reporting, and program leadership as necessary.
• A bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, or LMS administration.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and developing training programs and e-learning content.
• Strong background in LMS administration.
• Proficiency in using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Canva, or similar platforms.
• A portfolio that showcases instructional design or LMS-related projects is preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily perform each essential duty.
• Must adhere to approved decision rights, confidentiality requirements, and escalation paths.
