This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Create and execute learning strategies that promote workforce transformation, technology implementation, and organizational change.
• Perform learning needs assessments to pinpoint capability gaps and craft tailored learning solutions in line with business goals.
• Produce training materials, facilitator guides, e-learning modules, and supplementary resources.
• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, workshop, digital, and blended learning programs.
• Manage training delivery across various stakeholder groups.
• Establish capability-building initiatives to enhance the uptake of new systems, processes, and work methodologies.
• Collaborate with change and communications teams to embed learning within transformation projects.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and enhance learner engagement and business results.
• Comprehend client business needs, offer learning recommendations, and provide actionable solutions.
• Participate in consulting projects involving planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve successful client outcomes.
• Contribute to the development of learning assets, methodologies, proposals, and capability-building programs.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, HR, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Fundamental consulting abilities including problem-solving, facilitation, and data literacy.
• Exposure to workforce/HR domains.
• Experience in change or transformation initiatives.
• Proficiency in creating training materials using tools like MS PowerPoint and SAP EnableNow.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
• Knowledge and experience in change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Demonstrated resilience, tenacity, and perseverance.
• Strong presentation capabilities.
• Understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and project lifecycle stages.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and diligent.
• Proven success in delivering training programs to audiences of over 100 participants.
• Experience in leading remote teams is highly valued.
