Training Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Create customized instructor-led training (ILT) and computer-based training (CBT) materials.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze OEM content.

• Establish learning objectives and develop structured design documents for NET programs.

• Formulate the NET training plan.

• Oversee the creation of course training materials.

• Design and evaluate both formal and informal initial operator training.

• Provide continuous training and support to individual users as required.

• Work with the ATEC SO to secure a suitable on-site training location.

• Provide all necessary materials to implement NET.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required.

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.

• Active Secret Clearance is mandatory.

• Must currently possess Secret clearance or be eligible to obtain it.

• U.S. citizenship is a requirement.

• Proficiency in design, documentation, onsite training, teaching methods, and training needs assessment.

• Willingness to travel 10–25% of the time.

• Capability to work 40 hours per week as scheduled.
