Training Designer/Lead, Copilot Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and conduct up to 20 live virtual workshops focused on Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot in Excel.

• Develop content that covers the fundamentals of Copilot, features of Microsoft 365 Copilot, and tools for researchers.

• Educate participants on how to analyze and visualize data in Excel using natural-language prompts.

• Facilitate advanced Excel sessions addressing complex use cases and large datasets.

• Organize office hours and Q&A sessions in between workshops.

• Collaborate with the project architect on content creation, sequencing, and delivery methods.

• Produce reusable handouts and training resources.

• Monitor attendance and gather feedback from participants.

• Ensure all workshops are conducted on time, empowering participants to utilize Copilot in Excel for genuine analytical tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in professional training delivery or instructional design.

• Practical experience providing Microsoft 365 Copilot training to business users.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including handling large datasets, utilizing PivotTables, and crafting complex formulas.

• Hands-on experience with Copilot in Excel for data analysis and visualization.

• Excellent skills in live virtual facilitation using Microsoft Teams or similar platforms.

• Capability to clearly communicate technical concepts to audiences without technical backgrounds.

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.

• Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) credential is a plus.

• Relevant Microsoft 365 or Copilot-related certifications are desirable.

• Experience assisting in enterprise AI adoption or change management initiatives is an asset.

• Background in training teams in manufacturing, finance, or operations is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Power Query or Python in Excel is beneficial.
