Design Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Travel to homeowners throughout the Indianapolis area to create and sell bathroom renovation solutions.

• Conduct professional in-home design consultations by utilizing Re-Bath's sales methodology.

• Employ proprietary software to assist homeowners in visualizing their bathroom designs.

• Successfully close high-value home improvement projects ranging from $11,000 to over $35,000.

• Establish enduring trust and rapport with clients through professionalism and integrity.

• Represent Re-Bath in all customer interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in in-home sales is preferred.

• Previous success in bathroom remodeling or higher-value home improvements such as windows, roofing, or HVAC is a significant advantage.

• A goal-driven high achiever with a strong closing mentality.

• Proficient in using tablets and CRM tools for presentations and contracts.

• Must possess a valid driver's license.

• Must have a clean driving record.

• Capable of passing a background check and drug screening.
