Email Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ideate and develop Scentbird's email marketing strategies.

• Create captivating and immersive email experiences tailored for both mobile and desktop platforms.

• Utilize AI tools for brainstorming, sketching, and producing both conceptual and finalized email designs and campaign workflows.

• Oversee email design projects according to the established weekly and monthly schedules.

• Identify avenues to enhance customer engagement through innovative design and marketing approaches.

• Present design concepts and visions to stakeholders.

• Gather inspiration and share fresh ideas and designs.

• Establish and maintain the email UI style guide utilizing Claude Design and Figma.

• Collaborate with the product design team to ensure alignment between email and web communications.

• Conduct weekly meetings with the Product Designer Director to synchronize on project scope and vision.

• Work alongside marketing product owners to comprehend initiatives, business requirements, and organizational objectives.

• Partner with engineers to ensure a smooth transition from design to development.

• Profound knowledge of Claude Design and various design AI tools.

• Proficient in leveraging AI design tools to explore ideas and generate completed email designs and workflows.

• A fervent passion for design and aesthetics; proficient graphic designer.

• Capable of spotting and promoting emerging design trends in the email arena.

• Skilled at narrating stories through email design.

• Ability to grasp high-level marketing and organizational goals and integrate them into email strategy and focus.

• Competent in both giving and receiving creative feedback.

• Detail-oriented with a precise approach to work.

• Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects to adhere to tight deadlines.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Capable of collaborating with internal and external cross-functional teams both domestically and internationally.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in email design is required.

• A portfolio that demonstrates agency and in-house work, including at least 15 distinct email projects.

• A degree in Design, Arts, or Digital Design is preferred.
