Design Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Travel to homeowners throughout the Indianapolis area to create and sell bathroom renovation solutions.

• Conduct expert in-home design consultations utilizing Re-Bath’s sales methodology.

• Leverage proprietary software to assist homeowners in visualizing their bathroom concepts.

• Successfully close high-value home improvement projects ranging from $11,000 to $35,000 and beyond.

• Establish customer trust and build strong relationships through professionalism and integrity.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in in-home sales is preferred.

• A proven track record in bathroom remodeling or other high-ticket home improvements like windows, roofing, or HVAC is a considerable advantage.

• A goal-driven individual with a strong closing mentality.

• Proficient in using tablets and CRM systems for presentations and contracts.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license.

• A clean driving history.

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
