This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee comprehensive implementations of Pinewood.AI for dealership finance and accounting, encompassing discovery, scoping, configuration, training, go-live, and hypercare phases.
• Set up and verify financial workflows, including GL mappings, journal entries, reporting, and integrations with OEMs and third-party platforms.
• Design, customize, and conduct training sessions for diverse audiences, both in-person and online.
• Develop and adapt training materials specifically for the North American market, modifying terminology, spelling, examples, and procedural details for US users.
• Provide coaching on best practices for dealership financial workflows, covering AP/AR, bank reconciliations, manufacturer statements, compliance, and month-end processes.
• Facilitate business change initiatives such as stakeholder alignment, adoption planning, and evaluation of training effectiveness.
• Document lessons learned, contribute to implementation playbooks, and mentor fellow team members.
• Work collaboratively with product, support, and delivery teams to troubleshoot issues, share insights, and enhance the rollout process.
• Travel extensively throughout North America, approximately 80% of the time, to provide on-site consultancy and training.
• Extensive experience in dealership accounting, finance, or F&I operations with a strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes.
• Proven expertise in training, facilitation, and change management related to enterprise software (DMS or accounting/ERP platforms).
• Practical experience in configuring and validating financial workflows within dealership systems.
• Experience in designing curricula and training materials, including localization for new markets.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex multi-site implementations and influence senior stakeholders effectively.
• Knowledge of major dealership management systems such as CDK, Reynolds, Dealertrack, or other similar platforms.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging and inspiring diverse audiences.
• Highly organized, analytical, and adept at prioritizing multiple concurrent projects.
• Proven history of enhancing implementation or training methodologies within a team or organization.
• Experience with rapidly growing or international tech companies, ideally in startup-like environments.
• Strong comprehension of how dealership financial performance impacts overall dealership success.
• Flexible and proactive, excelling in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the United States and Canada (approximately 80%).
