Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of Samsara technology for clients to ensure rapid value realization.

• Facilitate solution workshops to establish Level 1 business processes.

• Assist clients in managing change, encompassing policy updates, communications, and training.

• Conduct training sessions and showcase Samsara technology to both executives and everyday users.

• Address challenges across various customer use cases.

• Simultaneously manage multiple customer engagements.

• Collaborate across departments, including Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams.

• Advocate for and integrate Samsara’s cultural principles as the company expands globally.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a role related to implementation consulting, project management, or onboarding.

• Experience with enterprise SaaS and hardware is preferred.

• Strong project management abilities with a proven track record of following methodologies.

• At least 2 years of experience in supporting or engaging with technical products.

• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

• Consultative expertise with a background in comprehensive system implementations.

• Experience managing over 20 implementations or projects concurrently.

• Demonstrated ability to establish trust and communicate effectively with executives, senior Product and Engineering management, and everyday software users.

• Capacity to take initiative and excel in a dynamic, change-driven environment.

• Proficiency in English and German/French, both spoken and written, is essential.

• Experience in delivering change management is preferred.

• Familiarity with using AI or automation in Customer Success workflows is a plus.
