Training Analyst Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Develop, oversee, plan, and assess Cybersecurity Curriculum Content.

• Perform needs assessments, tailor course development, and establish evaluation standards.

• Teach and organize course materials in educational institutions.

• Create and deliver learning activities, demonstrations, course materials, and visual aids.

• Design and support various instructional formats, including lectures, labs, CBT, and WBT.

• Develop assessments and evaluate participants' learning outcomes.

• Monitor and improve training programs.

• Review Tech+ Curriculum units and provide recommendations to the SME team.

• Collaborate with SMEs to create or adjust content as necessary.

• Coordinate content and instructional design reviews for activities, labs, and materials.

• Update the SAIC project manager on curriculum development progress.

• Ensure the curriculum team remains on track.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with eighteen (18) years of experience; an additional four (4) years of experience may substitute for the degree.

• No security clearance is necessary.

• Review Tech+ Curriculum units and provide feedback to the SME team.

• Collaborate with SMEs to create or amend content as required.

• Work alongside the content review team to ensure all activities and labs are thoroughly reviewed.

• Partner with the instructional design team to assess or adjust materials.

• Provide updates on curriculum development to the SAIC project manager.

• Keep the curriculum team on schedule for project completion.
