This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Configures, supports, and maintains Epic Training applications to fulfill the organization's requirements.

• Develops training curriculum, resources, and facilitates training delivery by building in and understanding the Electronic Health Record (EHR) (Epic).

• Collaborates with operational end-users, subject matter experts (SME), and application analysts to analyze new workflows, application dependencies, and user competencies.

• Designs and oversees the Epic training environment build, scenarios, and role-based training materials.

• Evaluates training data, assesses training feedback, and reviews assessment data to identify necessary curriculum modifications that ensure successful training outcomes.

• Participates in the planning, design, development, build, and maintenance of training environments.

• Provides support to small teams or projects as necessary, considering manageable risk, resource needs, and complexity.

• Acts as an IT liaison for training and support related to Epic functionality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• At least three years of relevant experience.

• Epic certification or accreditation in one or more modules.
