Training Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of Tactical Engagement System (TES) data to facilitate the creation of training exercise After Action Reviews (AARs) for the UK MOD and international military security clients.

• Organize and execute AAR-supported TES exercises ranging from Training Level ALPHA to CHARLIE, both in the UK and abroad.

• Gather, analyze, and compile AAR products.

• Provide guidance to exercising troops on Saab equipment functionalities and coordinate logistics prior to and during deployment.

• Plan training support for TES exercises as instructed by Operations Managers.

• Lead a small deployed support team which includes an LTA and Field Technician.

• Serve as an Analyst within larger teams, supporting a Lead or Senior Analyst.

• Present TES capability briefings to troops.

• Perform TES Fitness evaluations using WinEXCON Analyst software.

• Utilize WinEXCON on laptops or desktops to deliver exercise analysis and AAR content.

• Assist with TES Issue and Receipt phases as necessary.

• Support the delivery of AARs to customers.

• Create Take Home Packs for units.

• Aid in the completion of PTRs and PXRs.

• Assist with the erection and maintenance of the PBS communication system.

• Help with logistical resupply, ORBAT preparation, data exploitation, experimentation exercises, demonstrations, and ongoing training.

• Ensure that the field team complies with Site and Field Team working instructions.

• Undertake responsibilities as Lead Analyst or Senior Analyst when required.

• Attend training sessions in the UK or overseas, including CONDO / Driver Training.

• Contribute to Saab marketing initiatives and support other Saab projects or departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of a relevant Combat Arm Command & Tactics course (essential).

• Alternatively, a relevant Combat Support Command & Tactics course (essential).

• Experience in battlegroup headquarters (highly desirable).

• Military operational experience (desirable).

• Knowledge of DCC and/or MCC and Combined Arms tactics up to Training Level FOXTROT.

• Possession of a valid UK driving license (B+E desirable).

• Valid UK passport (current).

• Ability to pass CONDO medical examination.

• Agreement to participate in workforce screening activities, including Baseline Personnel Security checks, National Security Vetting, reference verifications, proof of working rights, and a security interview for selected candidates.
