Trainer – Temporary Position

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Assess training requirements for the Danish market.

• Design, organize, and execute relevant and engaging training sessions.

• Create course materials and develop training resources that align with the overall strategy.

• Provide live and digital product training for a large number of retail personnel.

• Conduct in-store educational sessions across Denmark.

• Facilitate onboarding and ongoing education for retail staff.

• Represent the brand, motivate and mentor store employees, and assist in driving sales.

• Lead sell-out events in stores nationwide.

• Engage in PR initiatives and influencer events.

• Host live shopping events on customer channels.

• Organize both small and large in-store events for customers.

• Report on Danish market revenue to the Nordic brand team.

• Enhance the brand through in-store training, sell-out activities, and events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Danish, both written and spoken.

• Strong interest in makeup, skincare, beauty trends, products, and techniques.

• Comfortable presenting on stage, digitally, and at various events.

• Experience or skills in sales training and coaching.

• Capability to create training content and materials.

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout Denmark.

• Flexibility regarding working hours.

• Availability to work two Saturdays each month.

• Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of tasks.

• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required.

• Strong organizational and planning abilities.

• Professional demeanor and respect for brand values and identity.
