Virtual Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Guide new dental practices through Dandy’s onboarding process.

• Conduct engaging virtual and on-site training sessions customized for each practice.

• Showcase best practices in intraoral scanning and digital workflows.

• Provide hands-on coaching during live training sessions.

• Foster clinical trust, confidence, and early acceptance.

• Take ownership of each launch to ensure practices meet critical milestones from day one.

• Support practices after launch to enhance workflows and address adoption challenges.

• Monitor scan quality and offer constructive feedback.

• Identify gaps in product usage and perform targeted follow-ups.

• Conduct First Case Monitoring sessions to reinforce best practices and ensure successful orders.

• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams.

• Share insights to enhance the customer experience.

• Acknowledge early achievements and celebrate the progress of practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in training on digital dental platforms or clinical technologies within a practice setting.

• Preferred experience with iTero or Trios systems.

• Practical knowledge of intraoral scanning and digital dental workflows.

• Exceptional teaching and facilitation abilities.

• Capacity to simplify technical concepts and promote behavioral change.

• Strong and confident communication skills.

• Excellent virtual presentation and interpersonal abilities.

• Customer-centric approach with empathy and patience.

• Ability to establish trust remotely.

• Highly organized and accountable, demonstrating a history of owning results and following through.

• Quick learner, technologically proficient, and adaptable in dynamic environments.

• Competence in managing multiple training sessions, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

• Coaching abilities to motivate behavior change and facilitate adoption.
