Solutions Trainer – CDI, Coding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Introduce, showcase, and instruct customers on Solventum™ 360 Encompass™ along with related Revenue Cycle products utilizing blended learning and adult education principles.

• Conduct live training sessions both in-person and online.

• Contribute to the creation of asynchronous training materials.

• Engage in project implementations prior to and following the go-live phase with key project stakeholders.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert, mentor, and contributor to internal Solventum HIS teams as assigned.

• Take part in pertinent corporate programs and initiatives.

• Adhere to professional, quality, and corporate standards, policies, and procedures.

• Consistently reflect Solventum's values and ethical standards.

• Interact with customers both remotely and on-site.

• Travel up to 50% domestically.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Health Information Management/clinical coding with exposure to a varied case mix.

• Relevant qualifications in Health Information Management and clinical coding.

• Eligibility for full membership in the Health Information Management Association of Australia (HIMAA).

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for an employment visa.

• Experience as a Clinical Documentation Specialist.

• Background in healthcare training.

• Qualifications from the La Trobe University Auditing Course or equivalent tertiary education.

• Previous experience in auditing, training, and education in coding is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) workflows, systems, implementation, and training for medical professionals.

• Proven ability to manage multiple project streams and teams effectively.

• Strong organizational skills with the capability to work independently in a multitasking environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

• Experience with Solventum™ 360 Encompass™.
