Building Life Cycle Assessment Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide subject-specific instruction remotely from a home office utilizing WBS LearnSpace 3D®

• Utilize various teaching strategies to design and implement lessons

• Create and prepare learning materials related to lessons that align with the curriculum

• Perform Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) for both residential and non-residential buildings

• Share case studies derived from projects, training experiences, or reports related to sustainable and energy-efficient construction

• Assist course participants in honing their skills

• Mentor learners and convey subject-specific information effectively

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in architecture, civil engineering, or building services engineering

• Several years of experience in assessing buildings according to the Quality Seal for Sustainable Buildings (QNG) and as part of the Climate-Friendly New Construction program

• Proficient in preparing and evaluating Life Cycle Assessments using Hottgenroth, ECO-CAD, and ETU-Planer

• Additional qualification in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) for buildings is required

• Acknowledged as an energy-efficiency expert

• Excellent command of German, the language of instruction (C2 level)

• Initial experience in internal training, continuing education, or presenting case studies

• Strong methodological and pedagogical abilities in delivering educational content

• Entrepreneurial mindset and approach

• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, displaying a high degree of personal responsibility
