Trainer – Learning Facilitator, Financial Accounting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide support to participants during their qualification and training processes.

• Address technical inquiries related to financial accounting, tax law, and general accounting.

• Facilitate meetings to assess learning progress and document advancements in education.

• Recognize support requirements and create suitable solutions.

• Encourage independent learning and effective organization of learning activities.

• Assist in utilizing digital learning media and platforms.

• Collaborate with subject-matter experts and internal stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Vocational qualification with professional experience as a financial accountant or tax clerk.

• Strong understanding of financial accounting and double-entry bookkeeping according to HGB standards.

• Proficient knowledge of annual financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss (P&L) statements, and income surplus statements (EÜR).

• Sound knowledge of German tax law, particularly VAT, income tax, and the Fiscal Code (Abgabenordnung).

• Competent user-level knowledge of DATEV software.

• Familiarity with cost and performance accounting (KLR) and basic principles of controlling.

• Preferably, experience as a trainer or educator.

• Evidence of pedagogical qualifications or aptitude.
