Trainer / Instructor for the Reskilling Program: IT Specialist for System Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide subject-specific instruction from a home office utilizing WBS LearnSpace 3D®

• Utilize a diverse range of teaching methods to design and implement lessons

• Create and develop instructional materials that align with the curriculum

• Conduct competency evaluations

• Assist participants in developing skills and integrating into the job market

⛳️ Requirements

• Qualification as an IT Specialist for System Integration or a comparable credential

• Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience

• Professional background in configuring and managing Microsoft servers

• Familiarity with virtualization, especially Hyper-V

• Knowledge of Linux is a plus

• Interest in and capability to incorporate AI and ChatGPT into teaching practices

• Experience as a trainer, lecturer, instructor, or teacher is beneficial

• Evidence of pedagogical competence, such as an instructor qualification according to AEVO

• Strong methodological and instructional abilities for delivering educational content

• Independent and organized work style combined with a high level of personal accountability

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for teamwork

• Proficient command of the German language, the medium of instruction, at C2 level
