Systems Analyst – Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Analyze documented business requirements and convert them into technical requirements and system specifications.

• Create specifications, diagrams, flowcharts, and non-functional requirements for programmers.

• Employ sampling, model building, and data analysis to ensure that solutions are efficient, cost-effective, and financially viable.

• Present design considerations to software architects and developers.

• Identify and examine potential gaps and issues, recommending necessary changes.

• Troubleshoot system issues by reviewing logs, debugging code, identifying workarounds, and collaborating with developers to resolve problems.

• Conduct demonstrations.

• Develop and execute maintenance procedures.

• Monitor system health and collect system statistics.

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of assigned functional-domain integrations and system interactions.

• Collaborate with Senior Systems Analysts, Architects, and Tech Leads to advance assigned-task solutions.

• Support the CWOW program, DaVita Kidney Care’s strategic initiative aimed at developing a new patient-centric clinical application.

• Perform other assigned duties.

• Proficiency in analyzing documented business requirements and translating them into technical requirements and system specifications.

• Ability to develop specifications, diagrams, flowcharts, and non-functional requirements.

• Capability to troubleshoot system issues, review logs, debug code, identify workarounds, and work alongside developers to resolve issues.

• Experience with sampling, model building, and data analysis techniques.

• Skill in developing and implementing maintenance procedures.

• Competence in monitoring system health and gathering system statistics.

• In-depth understanding of functional-domain integration and system interactions.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with Senior Systems Analysts, Architects, and Tech Leads.

• Knowledge or experience in technical requirements, system specifications, diagrams, flowcharts, log review, code debugging, maintenance procedures, and system monitoring.
