Trainer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Perform training needs assessments for Pharmacy Services personnel and assess their effectiveness.

• Identify, create, and implement training programs.

• Choose and design suitable training materials.

• Facilitate the train-the-trainer process for various systems.

• Research, analyze, and propose external training programs.

• Keep records of training activities and track employee progress.

• Conduct audits and coordinate training initiatives.

• Identify, create, and disseminate corrective actions and educational resources.

• Provide input on revisions to policies and procedures as well as work process development.

• Execute other responsibilities as assigned.

• Adhere to all policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 3 years of training experience (36 months).

• Training experience ideally in a managed care or healthcare environment.

• Availability to work from 9:00–5:30 ET or 10:00–6:30 ET.

• Capability to develop a comprehensive training program, including content, agendas, activities, and assessments.
