Trainer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Design and implement training programs and/or auditing tools for Centene's Pharmacy Services.

• Create comprehensive training programs that encompass content, agendas, activities, and assessments.

• Perform training needs assessments for Pharmacy Services personnel and measure effectiveness.

• Identify, create, and deliver training initiatives.

• Choose and design suitable training materials.

• Lead the train-the-trainer process for various systems.

• Investigate, analyze, and propose external training programs.

• Keep records of training activities and track employee progress.

• Review work and coordinate training efforts.

• Create and distribute corrective actions and educational resources.

• Provide input on revisions to policies, procedures, and work processes.

• Perform additional duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of 3 years of training experience.

• Training experience is preferred in a managed care or healthcare environment.

• Auditing experience is a plus.

• Ability to work from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM ET or 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM ET.
