Trainer I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Design and implement training programs and/or auditing tools for employees within Centene Pharmacy Services.

• Perform assessments to determine training needs.

• Identify, choose, and create training programs and supporting materials.

• Assess the effectiveness of training programs, including conducting cost-benefit analyses.

• Investigate, evaluate, and suggest external training opportunities.

• Keep track of training activities and employee advancement.

• Support the auditing of staff performance and present findings along with improvement suggestions to management.

• Help update policies and procedures as well as develop work processes.

• Execute other assigned responsibilities.

• Adhere to company policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 2 years of training experience.

• Experience in a managed care or healthcare setting is preferred.

• Strong training and facilitation abilities in a remote working environment.

• Experience in pharmacy or managed care operations.

• Basic skills in curriculum development.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM Eastern Time.

• Occasional travel may be required, a few times per year.
